Our Story

Building the Digital Infrastructure for Morocco's Service Economy

We are on a mission to turn the chaos of the "WhatsApp Economy" into a streamlined, digital future.

The Origin Story

From Code to Reality

ReserNova was born from a simple, frustrating observation: Morocco is digital, but its businesses are not.

As engineers from 1337 School (42 Network), we spent years building complex software for global standards. Yet, when we looked at our own cities—Marrakech, Casablanca, Rabat—we saw a different reality.

We saw "Fatima," the salon owner, managing a thriving business entirely on a paper notebook. We saw phones ringing unanswered while stylists were busy working. We saw millions of Dirhams in potential revenue lost to the chaos of unread WhatsApp messages and double-bookings.

We realized that Silicon Valley tools like Google Calendar or Fresha weren't failing because they were bad software; they were failing because they didn't speak the language. They didn't understand Darija, they didn't integrate with WhatsApp, and they demanded a change in behavior that local businesses couldn't afford.

So, we decided to build something that did.

Our Mission

Digitizing the "Offline" World

Our mission is to become the Operating System for the African Service Economy.

We believe that the future of commerce in emerging markets isn't about forcing people to download new apps or use email. It's about meeting them where they already live: WhatsApp.

We are building the bridge between the informal, chat-based economy and the power of modern AI. By creating an AI "Receptionist" that understands Moroccan dialects (Darija/French code-switching) and negotiates bookings autonomously, we are giving small business owners their time back—and their data.

The Technology

Built for the Local Reality

At ReserNova, we don't just "wrap" ChatGPT. We are building proprietary technology to solve hyper-local problems.

Native AI

Our models are trained on real-world Moroccan conversations, mastering the nuances of Darija, French, and English mixed together.

Invisible Interface

For the end-client, there is no app to download. They simply send a Voice Note, and our system handles the rest.

The Super-Dashboard

For the business owner, chaos is transformed into a clean, data-driven command center.

The Future

Beyond Booking

Today, we are digitizing appointment books for salons and spas. Tomorrow, we are connecting the entire service ecosystem.

Our vision is to build the Unified Marketplace for Morocco—a single digital layer where tourists and locals can discover, book, and pay for everything from a hammam in the Medina to a dinner in Guéliz.

ReserNova is not just a tool. It is the beginning of the next generation of Moroccan service.
